Bystanders We are unable to accommodate bystanders*. Entry at the gate is based on the number of persons booked.
*Families with kids parties and siblings / extra parent are invited to contact us for exceptions
Dyslexia Caution Substantial parts of the experience rely on solving cryptic written clues and large numeric sequences.
Supervision Where groups are under 18 there must be at least one parent (attends free) supervising.
Compulsory Waiver Forms All persons wishing to participate are required to sign a waiver form. Persons under 18 must have their waiver signed by their parent or guardian and bring with them on the day. Compulsory Waiver Forms are issued when booking in via pdf.
Run Time Each experience usually takes around one hour (10 min briefing and 45 min escape).
When should we arrive? You should arrive 5-10 minutes early but no earlier than 15 minutes.
What should we bring? Reading glasses or contacts if needed.
Can we take photos? Pictures and recordings are not permitted.
Mobile phones Use of mobile phones is not permitted except where expressly provided for.
What do we wear? We recommend wearing normal active wear. Please note that stairwell access is required so we recommend to avoid high heels, thongs, and sharp or elongated jewellery items.
Is there secure storage? No - you may carry personal effects with you at all times. Coats, jumper and bags etc can also be placed to the side.
Can we bring food and drink? Food and drink is not permitted (unless diabetic / special needs). Bottled water is okay.
Alcohol We have a .00 policy. Anyone suspected of having consumed alcohol will be refused entry.
Smoking not permitted The entire property is a smoke-free zone.
Confirmation Email You will receive confirmation immediately. If you do not please contact us.
Cancellation of booking Cancel up to 48 hours prior to receive a full refund. No refunds inside 48 hours unless at the discretion of management.
Refunds for no-shows We understand large groups can be tricky to manage which is why we offer to refund you for anyone who cannot make it. To refund you the pro-rata rate all we need is notice two hours prior to your start time in writing. *Pro-rata rate is what would have been paid had you booked at that number originally.
Adding extra people You must notify us in advance in writing if you intend to bring extra persons. NOTE: We don't accept cash on the day and only bring gear for the allocated number of people.
Transfer of booking At least one original person must remain on the booking.
How does the escape work? You entire group has 45 minutes to break into vaults and heist as much treasure as possible .
Are we actually locked in? No. You will not be locked in and can leave at anytime.
Is there a minimum number? Yes. We require a minimum of four people.
Do we participate with others? No. Your booking is a private experience.
What if we get stuck? You may ask the staff member for help at any time.
Can we take mobile phones? You may bring your mobile phone to the event. No photos or recordings are permitted at anytime.
Is it safe? The activity has been tested and made safe and has run since December 2016. The location requires adult supervision be given to young people.
We caution that the venue itself is an old heritage building. We encourage people to be vigilant when moving about.
What should I wear? Casual and comfortable is best. Warmth is advised in Winter.
Whole Group Late Arrival If no-one from your group has arrived by 15 minutes after your starting time the booking will be marked as a no-show and the Staff will leave.
What if I arrive late? We will commence at your starting time. Persons running late will still be able to enter up to 15 minutes late. After 15 minutes the entry will be locked shut.
Souvenir Photo Participants are welcome to a souvenir photo. These photos are optional and can be taken on your phone.
Do we need a reservation? Yes. The experience is by appointment only.
Do you take cash? No - all our reservations are handled online. There are no payment facilities on site.
Will we be in the dark? No - the area is illuminated at all times.
Are there toilets? Yes - there are public toilets available.
Can we compete? Yes, at your discretion - inform your Host on the day.
How do I cancel? You may cancel using a link in your confirmation email or by contacting us. Cancellations with 48 hours notice receive a full refund. Inside 48 hours will not receive a refund, unless at the discretion of management.
Can I change or transfer my booking? Bookings cannot be transferred. Changes can be made provided the original person remains on the booking. Please notify us of any changes to your booking.
Can I add extra people? Yes - please contact us to arrange.
What if someone cannot make it? Please notify us in advance so that we can refund you (subject to minimum numbers and discounts/fee-waivers removed).
When should we arrive? You should aim to arrive at the venue 5-10 minutes early but no earlier than 15 minutes.
Is there secure storage? We encourage participants to bring their valuables with them.

I didn't get a reply... Sometimes a typo can occur when submitting an email address. Please try contacting us again if you do not hear from us within 48 hours. We can be reached by Email, Facebook, Web-page submission or Phone.
Is there wheelchair access? The experience will need to be relocated to another area - which we are happy to do with advanced notice. We cannot arrange wheelchair access on the day as the experience will be located in another area only accessible by stairs.
Do we hand out Donations to Clubs or Charities? In place of donations we offer the opportunity for you to host a fundraiser event with us, for which we donate a portion of the proceeds back to you. To find out more click here.
